Delhi Boutique sells modest and ethnic wear including but not limited to kurtis, sarees, co-ord sets, and occasion wear. All product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour may occur due to screen calibration and fabric photography.

• Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.
• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Custom orders and alterations may be accommodated — please reach out via Instagram.

Payment details and methods are communicated directly through our email upon order confirmation. We currently accept:

• UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Bank transfers (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)
• Cash on Delivery where available — subject to location and order value

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. Delhi Boutique is not responsible for failed transfers initiated by incorrect payment details provided by the customer.

Delhi Boutique ships across India. Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation and vary by location.

• Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated before order confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering.

We want you to love every piece you receive. If there's a genuine issue with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
• Colour variation due to screen display is not considered a defect.
• Sale items, customised pieces, and innerwear are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error is on our end.
